A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General with 35 years of distinguished service, LTG(R) Beagle has transformed organizations worldwide, influencing over 1 million people through modernization, education, and leader development. His career highlights include:
Commanding General, Army Training Center(Fort Jackson, SC, 2018-2021): Led onboarding of 10,000 recruits annually, reduced attrition from 10% to 3%, and fostered a mentorship-driven culture.
Commanding General, Combined Arms Center(Fort Leavenworth, KS, 2022-2025): Directed Army-wide modernization, championed innovative strategies, and mentored leaders.
Commanding General, 10th Mountain Division (Light)(Fort Drum, NY, 2021-2022): Oversaw 20,000 personnel for global readiness and deployments, with service in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Korea.
Bronze Star recipient, frequent keynote speaker, published author of 3 books, and holder of active TS/SCI clearance.
