ONE ARMY ONE VOICE ONE COMMUNITY
Support Your Army Today!
NNY AUSA is looking for Volunteers for Our Annual events to Support our Soldiers
WE ARE HERE TO REPRESENT YOU IN THE HALLS OF CONGRESS
AUSA CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
The NNY-Fort Drum AUSA speaks to every facet of the Army from Army Reservists, Army National Guard, Regular Army Soldiers and the Department of the Army Civilians to their families we are there for you. Anyone who supports our soldiers is part of the one army. Every Soldier who deploys, single or married has a support group.
It is paramount that our Soldiers deployed know their community has not forgotten them. As one community, we keep the home fires burning while soldiers are deployed. Our one community lives up to the commitment we made when we signed the Community Covenant by supporting you and your families in town and in schools, whenever and wherever we can.
The NNY-Fort Drum AUSA speaks for its members with one voice. Much the same as the Army motto ‘One Team One Fight’ your chapter is joined by over 100,000 individual members and thousands of corporate and sustaining members and their companies. This one voice speaks for you at home, and in the halls of Congress where we fight for your benefits.
The Adopt a 10th Mountain (Mt.) Platoon Program
This is how one community helps to reduce the adverse impacts of deployments on Soldiers and their families. The community is in upstate New York and surrounds Fort Drum, the home of the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry). The 10th Mt Division like most Army units has not been at home a lot since Desert Storm. The Adopt a 10th Mt. Platoon Program since 1992 has ensured that every platoon that deployed from Fort Drum had a sponsor (business, school, church group, civic organization, etc.).
Fort Drum NY – Proud Home Of The 10th Mountain Division Of The United States Army (AUSA Chapter)
Fort Drum, New York is the home of some of the best and brightest troops in our military. And that’s not just whistling Dixie; this is truly a harsh environment where training standards are high and rigorous. But, you probably already know that, or have a family member who does or you wouldn’t be on our page here.
